I'm Vineet Gupta, based in Hamburg, Germany. I grew up in Mumbai, India, and initially moved to Frankfurt am Main, Germany for my master's degree. Along the way, I completely fell in love with the culture.
Spending the last few years understanding German culture & behaviors, particularly how people interact with technology. Thats is actually what sparked my interest in product design. Looking back, I really feel like I came here with a purpose.

With a strong foundation in UX strategy and product thinking, I've consistently delivered measurable impact across SaaS, analytics, and e-commerce platforms.
Over the course of my career, I've worked on products that don’t just look better, but also they perform better. At PAFnow, my contributions to process mining and analytics experiences played a role in strengthening the product’s market position eventually culminating in its acquisition by Celonis, a global leader in process mining.
My journey reflects a steady evolution from crafting interfaces to shaping product outcomes, bridging user needs, business goals, and scalable design systems. Whether designing dashboards, refining user flows, or tackling complex problem spaces, I always bring clarity, precision, and intent to every step of the process.
I believe great design isn’t decoration but it’s decision-making made visible.
